At Kongs Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality inspection is complete.
